Your carrier needs to support 3-way calling to record a call with our app. You will be charged for calling to access numbers when recording your calls.
- Weekly subscription price is $6.99 with 3 days free trial. Every 1 week your subscription renews.
- Monthly subscription price is $14.99. Every 1 year your subscription renews.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

Incoming calls recording is a hassle
First i chose the 3 days free trial (which says that after the 3 days i will be charged on monthly basis) i tried the application for one day then cancelled it but still i was charged for one month yet it said clearly 3 days free trial, so why i was charged??
Second, in order to record an incoming call you must answer first then open the app (while the call is on) hit the record button, which will put the caller on hold for a couple of seconds then you tap merge calls, all this is a hassle, it said automatic (where is the automatic here)
The app isn’t working
The app is absolutely unacceptable
I cannot record anything right
It’s just keep disconnecting as you’re calling on messenger. Why the hell i paid you for, this is very frustrating
Give me my money back please, also i got a video (screen recording for what is happening) and i already sent it to your customer support and all they keep saying is “the beeb is for regulations and bla bla bla...”

Waste of money!!!
I can’t record the incoming call!! I want my money back it’s a fraud I have to pay again for the incoming call also I have to put the one I’m calling on hold !!!!! I need my money I paid for a lifetime app! Not to charge me again or put them in hold what a stupid application?!?! I’m still on the trial and I don’t want it I need my money!!!
