Is there any one can explain how to get otp from this app. Always I write local password , then otp ; 6 digits and serial number ; 3 letters and 7 digits appear , I enter the 6 digits in site of otp , always wrong !

I couldn’t connect my opt with online banking
And called call center more times but nothing changed
Not working and fishy
I tried the correct username and password and it always sayd wrong codes, looks fishy and glitchy I wouldn’t trust to use it specially that it’s a banking application
