Not working gd with my IOS although im subscribed i paid for a month and its not appearing in my active subscriptions apps and not allowing me to watch live matches,

There app sending me to the web page bien connect to review my subscription terms saying not supporting this live channels although i paid for this subscription

The app is weak and the web is weak and no place even to complain or to refund ur money, don’t wast your money on bien connect, its better to make satellites membership with a bien receiver or to watch at coffee.

The application fails to perform it’s basic need. There isn’t any option to control the resolution, which is really disturbing while watching as it automatically adjust the resolution up and down dramatically making it an unpleasant experience.
It allows you to control the resolution only from pc/laptop, but it’s not that easy also and it goes with a price. That price is that you won’t be able to watch without getting many errors, which varies from (you are not subscribed to the service!) to (server error occurred) and ending with the bein player crashing without any reason and getting stucked in a refresh loop. The digital subscription is a rip-off just don’t.

I have many issues to reset my Password More Than 5 Months renewal the subscription without take the service
