My account locked with 30k$
Very bad support team and security team , With no any reasonable from there side im trying to reactivate my account that closed suddenly with now any information about this and they didn’t provide any details about this step and i know about 15 people same issue from jordan and egypt and other countries . and everything we provide is clear And accepted from exchange but final after waiting 7-10 days i get error fail more than 10 times ( Hello, your reactivate application is denied. The reason: 7_DAYS_REFUSED) I requested to provide everything they need transctions,Address, which coins i hold from when my account active with my ID( before 2017)
Till now no any response from live chat or support tickets( tickets was in right section and questions very clear ,But no one answer at all.

Not recommended
I just don’t recommend the yse of binance to anyone for the following reasons :
(I won’t mention my case but what i saw during it)
1- binance can freeze your assets without telling you (they will wait till you deposit and without telling you your assets will be taken and unwithdrawable)
2- customer service is unreliable agents names aren’t real, they use too much readymade context and templates.
3- binance have no problem to hold your business crypto interaction by locking your account at anytime a user opens a dispute on your account (ANY RANDOM REPORT!)
Currently my business will substitute binance with bybit and i hope everybody do the same because its too much to handle when it comes to business it been 6 days with no news from binance side on my account state.
