A shopping app that has everything!

All you need is on this app. It has lots of brands and and categories and I ordered clothes and beauty products and I got my order on the SAME DAY! I highly recommend it.

this app is terrible

Order took several days to arrive (not as fast as it claims)
There is barely any variety nor discounts (I should just contact the brand itself and order what I want defeating the whole purpose of botit)
I paid by visa and the courier was standing at my door demanding cash, I kept telling him that the order is already paid for and he insisted that’s not what it says on the system, I contacted the most abhorrent customer service, they barely reply and they seem to not even care enough to read my messages not respond
I will be deleting this app from phone and never using it again, I’ll also be sharing my experience with my friends, this is app is a 0/10

Zero customer experience

The orders are stated on the app delivered then you start bunch of calls to try to figure out where is your order that has been paid by your card on the app after few minutes the order status to be change again to on the way then you try to contact call center a ver cold agent answers with no clue what’s going on keep you on hold to see where is your order then revert with معقوله مستلمته الاوردر and after few minutes he can’t help I’ve tried to reach the restaurant and informed me that the order handed over to botit rider that he is lost

By the way the order was a breakfast I place order 9:52 and I received it cold و متحنط at 11:45
