Best Service Provider Ever 😍
The application is much easier and faster than the website, even the process is too much easy and the SP are professional in handling the most complicated situations in a couple of minutes…. Thank You 👍🏼
Poor user experience
The app does what its built for, but in this day and age we expect much better features like facial recognition, auto email filling and password remembering. The medical claims are hard to fill and claims take too much time. No app notifications for claim status of approval or rejection. Many other features could be added and user experience could be improved
Much better than the website
This app made things easier, faster and to the point. Really appreciate the time taken to make it user friendly as it is.
