Illegal action by Careem
Wow, you deleted my account after sending you my ID to check the issue and the disputes !! What a response!!
My account has been deleted from the system the day after sending here my ID!! , definitely the issue hasn’t been solved, and even when I’m reaching out the support team they don’t have an answer and they don’t know how this action has been taken,
Taken into consideration that my ratings hadn’t been less than 5 - never get less than 5 - so I didn’t do any action against the policies, but you already did,
Thanks and I’m escalating what happened as this is illegal by your team or whoever took that action of deleting or blocking my account without a prior notification.
