Awful service

The captains never have change, and when you pay using a credit card they keep complaining the whole way or ask you to cancel, a captain actually told me to leave after arriving and riding the car. They don’t use GPS, and they are rude. A captain once left a ride open till the next morning, I was charged 600 pounds, and they refused to transfer them back, so I was stuck with credit that I did not want. The cars are of awful quality. The application UX is terrible, there’s no way to reach customer service if you’re not in a ride. Never using this app again.

No security and no safety

I requested a trip and I found the car that came to pick me up not the same provided on the app. I was holding too many stuff has no access to my phone. The driver was forcing me by his own way not aggressive to get inside giving me no choice. I shared my location via family members and call them for that matter to feel safe. Till he dropped me off so close to another person I trusted him. Once I arrived I called the customer premier care and they said we will compensate by 14 pounds. They even doesn’t give any attention to my safety which they announced to be the first safe ride in Egypt. Although when they offer a compensation they doesn’t even look for the person and offer 14 pounds as if your safety and there reputation is nothing to them. I’m a golden customer as per there classification and they do nothing.

Knowing that it is not the first time I face this issue with them also the Uber app I never took the ride and the captain doesn’t show up and my card was on the ride they charged me for all crushing of the captain three time with no refund. Only my bank find a work around to cancel the card and refund the full amount. However they didn’t.

A Company not respecting their customers

مسحت الابليكشن، تعرضت لموقف اثناء رايد على بايك فى الإسكندرية قيادة خطرة حتى اننى بالكاد وقعت من الاسكوتر وجدت ثقف و قطع فى البنطال بسبب مسمار فى المقعد و عند الشكوى كل ما تلقيته اسفون على هذة الحادثة! لم يتم تقدير كونى عميل استخدم الابليكشن بصفة مستمرة كل يوم اكثر من مرة وجدت نفسي عاجز عن اخذ حقى او ان يتم ارضائي و عندما طلبت مكالمة مدير لم يعبرني احد! Just deleted the app l, Couple days ago i had a bad experience during a Scooter tide in Alexandria my trouser got punctured from the seat the driver was so bad i barely fall from the scooter while he was driving and this is the first time to face this on Scooter submitted a complain all i got emails with scripted reply we are sorry we will be investigating!! No reply after a week contacted Cust. support again requested to speak with a manager no one reached me! They dealt with me with no respect CAREEM DOESN'T RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMER I FOUND MY SELF ALONE WITH NO SUPPORT FROM THE COMPANY SO IF YOU WERE IN MY SITUATION CAREEM WILL LET YOU DOWN MAYBE BECAUSE WE ARE IN EGYPT IF WE WERE IN EUROPE OR UAE IT MIGHT BE DIFFERENT!!
