Awful service

The captains never have change, and when you pay using a credit card they keep complaining the whole way or ask you to cancel, a captain actually told me to leave after arriving and riding the car. They don’t use GPS, and they are rude. A captain once left a ride open till the next morning, I was charged 600 pounds, and they refused to transfer them back, so I was stuck with credit that I did not want. The cars are of awful quality. The application UX is terrible, there’s no way to reach customer service if you’re not in a ride. Never using this app again.

No security and no safety

I requested a trip and I found the car that came to pick me up not the same provided on the app. I was holding too many stuff has no access to my phone. The driver was forcing me by his own way not aggressive to get inside giving me no choice. I shared my location via family members and call them for that matter to feel safe. Till he dropped me off so close to another person I trusted him. Once I arrived I called the customer premier care and they said we will compensate by 14 pounds. They even doesn’t give any attention to my safety which they announced to be the first safe ride in Egypt. Although when they offer a compensation they doesn’t even look for the person and offer 14 pounds as if your safety and there reputation is nothing to them. I’m a golden customer as per there classification and they do nothing.

Knowing that it is not the first time I face this issue with them also the Uber app I never took the ride and the captain doesn’t show up and my card was on the ride they charged me for all crushing of the captain three time with no refund. Only my bank find a work around to cancel the card and refund the full amount. However they didn’t.

URGENT

You are a disgrace whether you or your partners Uber .. me and my sister have many encounters (3 or 4 times each time my sister filed reports) with your drivers when we order a driver and another one comes or the same driver comes but with a different car!!! What the hell are you waiting for to make a thorough investigation and a report on each driver and how come a driver gives his car to a friend ? Or has two cars and comes to the ride a different car than the one registered??? You should be blocked for life and boycotted. Human lives and honor is not a light responsibility whether girls gets killed or raped you are the ones in charge and should be held accountable. Thank you a lot for dealing with minors, young ladies and women as if they are not important or deserve your attention. You should go transparent on all of your drivers all of their documents must be published online and for you to check if he has a felony. You are mega company having a long list of connections that can ensure safety so start like acting like it!!!!! It’s not important to only reach your destination it’s important to reach safely not injured, harassed or raped.
