This app is terrible the worst online shopping,deceiving

Be warned they sell used stuff &they say it’s new never used & if you thought to refund your money they will give you hell times & they will keep giving fake excuses & delay & delay,they have the worst of the worst customer service nobody cares actually they ignore phone calls & emails they are absolutely horrible & cold & so careless. They didn’t return my money until now & nobody is replying to me & I don’t know what to do with them,I think I’ll report to the police. حرامية ونصابين ومنتهي قلة الذوق وقلة الاحترام للعميل ولامبالاة ولا بيردوا علي ايميلات ولا ماسنجر ولا تليفون واخذوا فلوسي رغم اني لغيت الاوردر ومش راضين يردوا لي فلوسي وبيتجاهلوا كل ايميلاتي وانا بتخذ الاجراءات القانونية حاليا ،، نفسي اعرف ال owner تبع الابلكيشن فين من كل الاحتيال والنصب الي بيحصل

Fake items please don’t deal with this company

A lot of fake items and don’t have at least the basic functions also there is no customer service team. They have a dispute section in the app and I open a dispute for fake watch received but after a week they closed and mention that problem resolved without any single call or any refund and no number to contact. They are thieves please don’t purchase any item from them.
