Due to the massive marketing campaigns, I thought the app will provide good service but it didn’t!First, there is no customer service only Facebook and they are so slow replying back to us which doesn’t make sense due to the urgency of the service provided.Second, slow delivery how come medication delivery app took 2 days! Why should i use your service while i can call any pharmacy that will deliver in hour not even hours while you are not providing any competitive prices.Third, orders got cancelled and you just notify customers without mentioning the reason of cancellation, so customers should predict the reason.You can enhance the customer experience with very simple updates on your app which will help your customers more.

Too much notifications

The app is good and the service as well. However, I had to uninstall the app because of the marketing push notifications!I’m getting daily notifications or multiple notifications a day while not using the app which is not acceptable for me.

SCAM. If I could give it 0 stars I absolutely would, never using this app again and no one should. I placed an order, they said it was out for delivery and would arrive within 1-2 hours. I waited for two and a half hours and no one called or came to deliver my order. I had paid for it with my card, so I contacted customer service asking to cancel my order and for a refund. They blatantly lied about no money having ever been withdrawn from my bank account claiming that the amount is taken whenever the order is processed (despite them stating several times prior that my order was already out for delivery) I sent them screenshot evidence that the amount was in fact withdrawn to which they said it would take 14 days to refund the money. This app is a scam and I’m not sure why it even has 3.5 stars, in case you’re seeing this you’ve been warned.

Extremely unprofessional, they make you wait days for a product that's available on the app but it's actually out of stock. And they leave it on the app knowing perfectly well that its out of stock! They have the worst customer service I've ever seen, whether on the app or through instagram (they reply extremely late and thats if they do to begin with). I highly recommend everyone to uninstall the app and look for other pharmacy apps, there are a lot of much better alternatives than this unprofessional, unbothered and lazy organization.
