Add Face ID to access app

You CiB app on google play is way more fast and easy as I access it with my finger print Now on my iPhone every time i need to access it must hold my phone with one hand and start typing my user and PW …totally hectic and annoying specially when I need to do something fast in public place

Lacking many features

1. We need access to monthly statements through the app (for cards and accounts) - 2. Why is there no instant payment option (IPN)? Only regular transfers - 3. Needs FaceID login - 4. No access to CIB bonus points - 5. Credit card view is very limited.. for example it doesn’t show how much you need to pay & by when. I have to go through my SMSs to get this information. - 6. No breakdown or information on certificates of deposits. Just total of all combined together. Nothing on amount of each, maturity dates, interest. - I believe replicating the Banque Misr app experience would be helpful.

Great App, But Needs Face ID Login

I've been using the CIB mobile app for a while now, and I must say it's a fantastic tool for managing my financial transactions. The app offers a plethora of features that have made my daily life a lot easier.

However, the one downside that I've noticed is the absence of Face ID login. In this age of heightened security, it's surprising that CIB hasn't implemented this feature yet. Face ID is not only convenient but also adds an extra layer of protection for users.

I urge the developers to prioritize adding Face ID login to the app. Apple sets the gold standard for security, and enabling Face ID login would go a long way in ensuring the safety and convenience of CIB's customers.

In conclusion, CIB is a great app with immense potential, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the login process in the near future.
