There are 3 main problems1) app authentication token is cached with ttl (no refresh token), sometimes I may get session expired when I just logged in2) many features still out in web which is bad experience (bonuses,historical statements)3) the work done in historical statements is really great specially the statistics shown but when i print from date ranges it don’t support multiple formats and force the pdf not as like as printing a specific month3) the export button in transactions tab is not linked with filter and this makes nonsense, as it should have export for the applied filter not a default of last two months

Missing a payment reference field

Firstly, I believe the recent update represents a significant advancement. The app is now quicker and has a more modern feel. Both the user experience and interface have improved greatly. Nevertheless, I think an essential feature is still lacking.In the international transfer dialog, there is a purpose field. It is unclear whether this field will be used as a payment reference visible to the receiver or if it is simply collected by the bank.Some companies require customers to enter a specific payment reference when transferring money to them. This helps the companies track their payments efficiently, especially since they handle a large volume of transactions.I recommend including a description beneath the purpose field to clarify its intended use, and more importantly, enable users to set a reference payment that is visible to the receiver.

Service Accessibility Issue Due to Unnecessary System Requirements

I can no longer access the CIB application because it now requires iOS 16, while my phone is an iPhone 7. This is a service-related application, so I don’t understand why its use is being restricted to certain users. Many other banking apps continue to work efficiently without requiring higher operating systems. Even accessing the bank’s website through a mobile browser is no longer available. Why such rigidity and limitation?
