Incredible app for an incredible brand

Useless

I ordered through the app assuming more convenience. It was a long a hectic journey (took time to find the menu items) and it would have been a lot easier to order from the counter. I was too lazy to go back down to order (it was a two-floor branch).

Shortly after I completed the order I got a notification that my order was ready and went downstairs, but order was still getting prepared and I had to wait still 🤷🏻‍♀️ When I asked why they pinged me even though it’s not ready they said because customers miss the notification, come late, and food becomes cold.. so it wasn’t even an accident they apparently do it on purpose because the system doesn’t work properly.

Finally, as they prepared, the guy giving me the order kept revising it with me multiple times.. I tend to forget stuff so I found that inconvenient. And again, it makes the app useless - what’s the point of ordering online if it can’t at least make the staff sure of the order?

The update is AWFUL

Before the update, I had to close the location to select the nearest branch which was considered out of zone when the location was open. Now, when I open the location the nearest branch is still out of zone, and when I close the location, I can’t find any branch through the search!!
