- In case of suspected fraud or scams, activate the Lock CIMB Biz ID feature to instantly block your Company ID from accessing CIMB Biz and suspend all online and mobile access to CIMB Biz.
*This feature can only be used by the Authorised Person, System Administrator, and Approver User
