Lack of response on emails and items ordered & paid yet not delivered

The App is not user friendly. There are issues with the address interface. I made an order and placed the same address I use with all other apps and provided 2 phone numbers.After 7 days they called asking for clarity on my address. On the 8th day I called to see where my order was, they told me it will be delivered in 4-5 days! That’s over 12 days from placing the order! I placed a complaint and their response was “we didn’t have clarity on the full address and we tried to call once but there was a network issue”. Incredibly unprofessional.

I couldn’t access my account after the app update.. they did many updates of the app in two months which end up ruining the customer experience more than before.. the app is full of bugs and problems that make it impossible to log into your account at all.

It is clear for the end user that you are improving the application for better customer experience 👏👏👏
