Sometimes, cooking or heading out to a restaurant just isn’t in the cards. Deliveroo makes those moments far more memorable by delivering meals from places that don’t normally do that. The quick, clean interface makes it super-easy to find nearby burgers, sushi—whatever’s calling your name—and then place an order. We particularly love how the real-time updates on the driver’s progress tell us exactly when you'll get to satisfy that appetite.
No payment method is accepted!!!
It didn’t only decline two working cards which work everywhere else.. it also declined the payment method of CASH!!! Something very basic hasn’t been tested before publishing this (cr….) app! It wasted my time rather than helping!
I Title: Disappointing Experience with PF Chang's via Deliveroo
I recently ordered food from PF Chang's using the Deliveroo app, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience from start to finish.
Firstly, the quality of the food was abysmal. I ordered three Mongolian beef dishes, but what I received was dry, stinky beef that was far from appetizing. Additionally, the side dishes of white rice were missing altogether, despite being listed on the menu. This lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on PF Chang's quality control.
To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, indicating it had been sitting for a considerable time before delivery. This not only affected the taste but also raised concerns about food safety.
Furthermore, the delivery was significantly delayed, further adding to the frustration of the entire experience. As a paying customer, I expect timely and efficient service, which was sorely lacking in this instance.
Attempting to address these issues with Deliveroo's customer service was equally disappointing. Despite explaining the multiple problems with my order, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a refusal to refund the missing items. The handling of my concerns was unprofessional and left me feeling disregarded as a customer.
Overall, my experience with PF Chang's via Deliveroo was nothing short of a letdown. I would caution others against ordering from them until these issues are addressed and improved upon.
