DiDi-Rider 4+

Been using the app for maybe a month now and the app is poorly developed like when u completely remove the app from background running and it still orders u a driver or when u cancel and if u don't put a reason for cancelling u still get a driver and when ur called by a random person saying that he is at the location. Another incident is getting charged before i even took a ride (got solved and my money was returned tho). Lastly, a driver asked me to cancel and told to leave the car after telling him that he should have gone to the pick up location instead of parking some where else dar from the location.
DONT BE FOOLED BY THE DISCOUNTS I BARELY GOT THEM AFTER 1 WEEK

At the beginning of the trip i asked him to open the AC he said wait, then he turned it on and when i asked him if he can make if colder he said no and exactly said "انتي طالبة فليكس فلما تبقى دافعه فلوس ابقي اطلبي اشغلك التكيف" then when i arrived i asked him to drop me off at gate 4, while i selected gate 3 on the application because gate 4 wasn’t available, it was 1 meter apart from us then he gone all around the university then asked me to pay more, i told him no I didn’t ask you to dive all that gate 4 was literally so near, then after i came out of the car i pushed the door and he immediately started cursing and saying bad words, "انتي زباله" و "قليلة الادب"
And manyy other bad words that I can’t really say. Im gonna delete my account and all my relatives and friends. It’s really your loss that you don’t choose your drivers precisely.

I can’t be charged with waiting and cancelling fees when I’m not the one who cancelled or got late my first occasion when a driver told me to cancel although I was with him on the ride so he can keep the whole fare and not give the company their commission I refused but because of the silly loophole in the app he just selected that I was late so he cancelled so I had a fee to pay
Second time was when a driver found a better offer from another app and instead of just cancelling he puts on waiting time until it’s over and says I was late so he left and again I get a fee. It’s either you protect your customers from such drivers and loopholes on your system or slowly you’ll fall down I’m really frustrated at the company more than the drivers because the company is giving them opportunities to do this without asking questions
