Support team is not doing its job
Hello discord is a great app full of fun stuff and lively servers but the support team is not good at all I got my account disabled and I don’t even know why I asked for help and got none I sent a email and submitted a form and still nothing no staff cared to see my messages instead they made a bit reply after a day to tell me no I used the app properly and made quite a few friends it’s unfair that anyone can just report you and that’s it my server is not even that big yet my soon to be deleted account will set there going nothing and no one will be control it or change anything how fair is that ?
How do i fix this?
Great app but, i logged out of my account for a few days then i wanted to log back in so when i tired it said something like “login location detected, please check your e-mail” and so i did. I verified my discord login but then it said “IP link expired”. Please help me fix this. I dont want to lose my friends.
Good! Just one teeny tiny problem..
One time, I opened discord, but then it said that I got logged out. I thought maybe I just pressed something by accident, so I tried back in. It said I needed to reset my password? After trying several times, it just says “You’ve caught an ultra rare error” it wasn’t the servers, it was working fine for others. This has nearly been going on for 24 hours, and I don’t know how to fix it. I cannot reset my password either because the email I used on it doesn’t work. I do have an alternative account though.
