Worst app experience ever
This is the only app I experienced in across dubai bank that needs identification every time I log in, not a normal one, every time face identification is not working and u have to sign in with new registration, new upload for the emirates ID and after 10 minutes the app forget u and you have to do the same, I called the bank, I shared my concern with no help or support ever, I deleted that app and re install it again and no improvement, I will close this credit card asap, it’s a nightmare experience with this app
