I linked the app with my Visa When i started ordering a trip they collected the money in advance they 4 drivers cancelled the trip as they need cash That delayed me and went for Bolt. However Ego didnt reverse the transaction and put it in a wallet to use it. After that i ordered a bigger trip then they collected money in advance beside the wallet balance The same scenario happened and jow my wallet. A very bad application unprofessional drivers and they are very rude I booked a ride and the driver really got late and didn’t follow the right rode and when I called him he didn’t even know were I’m going and then he asked of how much i wiil pay and it was written for me in the app 40-50 and when I told him he told me it’s written that it is 100 so you will pay 100 or go and get a taxi and whenever i try to book a ride there aren’t available drivers i hope you can find a solution for those problems and for the rude drivers
