Not based on the Client space use. When you click on any option other then Egyptair Plus . It get you completely out of your Space. I usually fly to Saudi Arabia and when I compare Alfursan Application and this application I just understand that even giving two stars for this application is quite much. Also, the option to automatically add the Egyptair Card to Apple Card’s or Samsung’s Cards does not even exist.I hope Egyptair upgrade the Application so we can enjoy it.This critics are stated because I wish the best for Egyptair and I want them to improve and they deserve better.All the best

1- Stole my frequent flyer points so my card has been unjustifiably downgraded from gold to blue. 2- My reserved seat was given last minute to an official, so I had to suit myself to sit in a seat I did not want despite my refusal to change my already booked seat. 3- Planes that go to Europe (other than France) do not justify the extremely high price of the ticket. 4- Terrible customer care service. 5- Terms and conditions of offers are not expressed clearly which results in loss of client’s money.

You need to login each time, and it doesn’t save biometrics face identity also all other air flights apps keeps the miles program tracked when you open it, but here no tracking and not all in one place..i recommend you at least other airlines Apps, so you can see what needs to be improved.Also Egypt air plus is not working
