One of the worst decisions I’ve ever made

To cut the experience short. That voice in your head telling you to be cautious before jumping into this company, listen to it. Do not use this app and go to a rental company. Ekar will tell you that they will ‘block’ or ‘hold’ a security fee on your credit card when they actually charge it in full up front, leaving you with a bank call telling you you have outstanding balance and penalties. They will tell you they will handle everything in 1 month when you decide to cancel your subscription, its been almost 3 and no reply. They will be quick to charge penalties but still give you unserviced cars with dirt and damage on them. Absolutely regret my decision on this one, and hope no one has to go through this either.

Worst car rental system

First of all they are putting arabic to call customer service and no one to pick up and They don't understand how to appreciate customer time at all i kept looking for a car more than half an hour and the end she told me the lady who have the car already renewed it .. Double booking!!!!!! and they already have the amount deducted and they wanted to transfer to e wallet but now i will wait for 5-7 days for refund never to use again
