I made an order today and the after accepting the order and deducting the amount from my credit card, the restaurant called to inform me that the order will be canceled because my address is out of zone after 4 pm. An agent from elmenus called and explained that I will receive a refund within two hours and that it should hit back my credit card with in around 7 to 15 days. I got very frustrated because literally I had no available limit in my card, I need many complaint messages and requested a call from elmenus side. I was so delighted how the agent was very understanding and handled my frustration. He apologized and after 60 mins exactly I received another order with same amount I paid as a complimentary. The agent called me and he insisted not to let me pay. I want to thank the agent very much because he really appreciated the client and knew how to handle.

I order from them about a year I always find difficult in customer service response, the take time, till yesterday I order but I found its wring address I decline the order the re-order it by the right address, but It didn't change inside, the delivery man called me I told him no one there, he asks me to call elmenu, they take time to answer me and the answer was make a new order, I kept asking about the money no one answer, someone called me from the app then he told me that he will call back but he didn't, in-app chat ask me to send an email, which I do but no one till now reply in my mail, I tried to reach them inside the messenger but no one answer me, then I made a post the comment on the post immediately, I commented please answer your DM AFTER Hours they reply we are sorry make new order, then I asks about the money the told me no money, I asks about the food they told me no food you have to make sure about the address, i ask them about the callback they tell it’s customer agent fault so we will give 50 pounds which I don’t accept it, I told him I will delete the app he told me it’s up to you, plus they didn’t try even to call me, they didn’t try to give me options, I told him you didn’t give options he told me that’s our process and I told you the whole senacrio, we will not refund you or give the food it’s your fault
No one call me no one reply on my mail

I have been depending on another app in online food ordering for a considerable amount of time but lately i have been using this app and it is a completely different experience. You can actually explore many restaurants in many places aside from food ordering as there is a fully detailed profile for each restaurant and every single one of it’s branches. There is a lot of transparency to the places where you are supposed to order from and to the delivery time because of the real-time delivery feature. The service is highly dependable. The overall experience is actually very satisfying.
