The computer was much easier

Accessing the account and doing my transactions from the computer was much easier and user friendly

Great Bank, Great App

I am a client of many banks in the region, I admit that Emirates NBD mobile application is one of the best (if not the best at all) mobile banking applications I have ever used.

Very very bad customer service.

I lost my card, I called the call center and was answered, then I was transferred to another place for verification questions, then after that I did not get them, I waited for more than thirty minutes and was not answered. Very bad experience and worse customer service
