Bad CS
I was getting error when i tried to change my flight, so through the live chat the agent told me the change fee will be 26K EGP however the max change fee should be 2222 AND it was 10Egp only when i tried to change, he didn't provide me with any email for troubleshooting however i asked many times. At the end he gave me a phone number but i changed through the browser for just 10egp:)) and i showed him but he didn't reply..

Scam! Stay away!
This is my second trip with Etihad airlines on Business Class. When you book a flight they let you know you are eligible for a chauffeur drive from and to AUH airport. BUT when you arrive they let you know you are not eligible!! Very mediocre customer service! Emirates airline is the way to go. I am sorry to fly with you Etihad. Never again.
