Bad CS
I was getting error when i tried to change my flight, so through the live chat the agent told me the change fee will be 26K EGP however the max change fee should be 2222 AND it was 10Egp only when i tried to change, he didn't provide me with any email for troubleshooting however i asked many times. At the end he gave me a phone number but i changed through the browser for just 10egp:)) and i showed him but he didn't reply..

Etihad turned a trip of 50 minutes into a 12-hour nightmare
Last Thursday, I was booked on a 6:50pm flight from Muscat to Abu Dhabi which got cancelled ONE HOUR after its departure time while all passengers are locked in the boarding area. No heads-up. I got rebooked by the airlines on a 4:25am flight that again got delayed by 70 minutes so what was supposed to be an easy trip of 50 minutes ruined my entire weekend. No compensation. The flight I booked was for Dhs 1200+ and the one I got rebooked on was for Dhs 140!!
