The game ia good and full of interesting events ( lot’s of givens to consider to ultimately master the game ) .. yet “technically” there is a permanent issue in logging into the game .. the loading bar is halted for 36 hours now! ( i.e: for a day and a half I can’t log in and I might lose all the progress I made over MONTHS! )
Customer support is EXTREMELY slow
I have purchased from the in-app purchases, and it has been two weeks now and i have not received anything yet! Customer support is basically now ignoring me or when they do answer they say we are fixing all players problems and it takes time! But its been two weeks how long is this going to continue. More over today lots of people woke up and cant enter on their accounts which will cause more people contacting Customer support, therefore im never getting my in-app purchase. Honestly completely unprofessional and time consuming

Items disappeared
Evony got some network issue and my items disappeared, they gave me back the free items and the payed one not and customer service said I didn't obtain them. That's clearly scam or the customer service team don't know how to work.
I need my money back or give back my payed items
