    This is a company that has made my life easier. I have booked appointments with a plumber and an electrician on two separate occasions. The process was easy and hassle free. Each arrived promptly within the expected time frame. I requested a change of plumber as he couldn’t handle my issue and the company sent me another with no delays and at no additional cost. The electrician though was superb. Prices are transparent relative to the alternatives in the market. I feel they are constantly developing and improving their service around customer feedback. I am twice now a satisfied customer. Thank you Fil Khedma!

    Lousy customer service, appalling coordination of work internally. 7okooma. I chased them for 10 days to pay THEM money that they never asked about. After I paid, my account has a negative balance and they asked me to pay it again 😂 Their management team are lazy people who have zero ownership skills and just want to enjoy their weekends (and weekdays) without bothering to call back. Lucky for them, I got the contacts of the people I need and will deal with them outside the application. They will lose a LOT of money :)

  • Low grade quality of service

    I tried them 4 times. 3 out of the 4 my house was recklessly damaged. Customer service didn’t follow up despite sending photos of how the carpenter damaged my freshly painted wall in the living room & 2 bedrooms cuz he didn’t take the measurements correct. Zero follow up then with the plumber. He came first time to install a sink & twice later to fix it as he couldn’t install it correctly. Again zero follow up from customer service. I had to pay the plumber 3 times for 3 visits for his failure to do his job. App not recommended

    terrible service. I paid for a whole house cleaning. I left my home during the service, and when i came back, my home was almost the same. And they were lying that they already cleaned. Hahahahaha. And the cleaning team leader was just texting me from somewhere, and he didn’t even come. So i told them to leave my house. And i cleaned again. Do you guys think foreigners don’t know how to clean or recognize which place is not cleaned ? And the customer service didn’t even call me even if they promised to call.

  • They Destroyed All My Windows!

    I honestly can’t believe what just happened. I booked a cleaning service through this app, and the cleaners ended up scratching and damaging every single glass window panel in my home. They completely ruined them! I trusted this app to send professionals, but instead I’m left with a massive mess and expensive repairs. This was supposed to be a simple cleaning — how does something like this even happen? Absolutely unacceptable. I’m beyond upset and would never recommend this app to anyone.

  • Terrible Experience and police report– Theft and Unprofessional Service

    This has been an absolute disaster, and a life threatening experience. I have filed a police report. Three days ago, I booked a service through the Filkhedma app, and Shahd, the cleaner, stole valuable jewelry from my home. I discovered in the same day and immediately reached out to the company to report the incident and resolve the issue. I spoke with Abeer and Rehab from the company and not only did they completely ignore my complaint, but they also failed to take any action or even offer an apology.It is not only just a dysfunctional and poor service, but a company involved in blatant theft. Not to mention how the customer service is non-existent, and the shocking level of dishonesty and negligence.AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is a SERIOUS RISK.
