3 Huge problems
First customer service dont answer me when I ask about the W8 Tax exception form, I sent many mails and no response which made my worry to be honest. I started to get worried if I have a problem with a transaction I may receive a silent response in the future
2nd there is no ETFs in Nasdaq and I have to buy indiviual stocks
Lastly the chart preview is very dumb and I have to use another app to see the charts

Nightmare stressful
Withdrawal money and it didn’t get to my vise they want me to but more money to withdraw from another method worst customer service and the supervisor georgia is just horrible experience pls dont use these app

Sometimes in order to withdraw back profits with a method other than bank wire, you need to establish a funding link with another method, but it can be a very small amount and then we can return the full amount back to you. We process withdrawals within 1 working day but with a visa card it can take around 10 working days to reflect on your card.
