Glovo: Food Delivery and more 12+

I ordered Ice Cream in Nasr City (Cairo) and got it to my doorstep amazingly fast. Delivery person called from the shop to confirm the order and the seller also confirmed on same call. Shortly he was ringing my home bell with the big catch “Ice Cream”. Really very professional smart service and application. Thanks Glovo & delivery person who even paid the order amount and collected it in cash after satisfactory delivery. Keep on GLOVO in Egypt and don’t runaway, Egypt is an ideal market for smart vendors. Never give up.

I was trying to order from them as they said “ IT’S AVAILABLE now in nasr city ! “ and when i tried to order i could not put the address as its kinda out of their range ! Which is parallel with Mostafa el nahas st . By 2 streets so i put the nearest st. !!!! And i thought its just like otlob app .. that i can order and but in the (floor, flat ) description bar the details and if they accept it and the restaurant started to prepare it ... so its a confirmation from them that they could come based on the description details i gave !! And so they accept my order and i then contacted them to double sure that it will be delivered to right address just after i have made the order by 3,4 mins !!! And what actually happens they ignored the description completely and their agent asked me to meet the delivery man at the last place they can reach with NO LOGIC and i tod him i need a car to go to pick it and it will be so hard for me as i dont owe one and i told him if he could meet me at mostafa el nahas far away with one station from their last ava. point but he said they could not when i said that it would be hard for me so cancel the order as i have just did it from not more than 5 mins and thats why i double checked by calling he said that i owe them money ! For smth i did it have and they could not get it for me !!!!! And i now have a negative balance 😂😂😂 not going to be a customer and will share this rubbish experience with my friends

Yesterday on March 7, my family wanted to get cinnamon and so I told them about my experience before where the drinks they delivered were half empty. I didn’t complain to them because thought it wouldn’t be worth it. So we ordered around 9:30pm and my dad kept asking me where’s the order close to 11pm. We tried to contact them and they aren’t even available for the chat and it took them till 3am to call us after we complained. But the worst part is that we tried contacting cinnamon themselves and they said that we aren’t included with them to begin with. Around 3pm they called to tell us they are coming and I obviously didn’t accept it because my family is asleep and the fact that we wanted it earlier to celebrate, which they ruined it for us. I will definitely uninstall this app because they’re terrible. I recommend that you guys don’t get this app either.
