Very bad service
The company cancels trips less than hour from departure time and every time they have a technical with the bus then after deleting this bad news, they do not refund your money to your card, no no, it is refunded to their app wallet so you can only use it again with them.
This is just fraudulent behavior no matter your reasons and explanations.
I do not recommend at all
Very bad service
I used to frequently utilize the "Go Mini" app and service. However, nearly every time I relied on it, the mini-bus failed to arrive punctually, often delayed by about half an hour or more. There was never an explanation or apology provided, indicating a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
Terrible
Vey bad experience I will not try it again, narrow space, crowded not comfortable at all
My ideas to improve the service to get new van busses models and limit the passengers number, having the company logo on the bus
Just be more professional an comfortable
