Beware of this fraud application and do not add your credit card there. I had to cancel my card through the bank because they lied about the possibility of ending the subscription by using the application and instead you will have to go through their very polite customer service, yes they are actually very polite but no amount of politeness justifies their lack of transparency when it comes to application features. And whoever decided not add the ability for the user to simply remove their credit card has a depraved personality.

I had a balance of 250 egp and when I decided not to renew , they should have transferred the money back to me but instead they told me they can’t give it back to me unless i request a new box ( despite the fact that I am not interested in their services anymore ) so here how shall it go
To renew and pay 150 so i’ll be left with 100 egp
Or just leave the 250 and not to deal with them again ?

I’ll choose the latter option
Here is why I don’t want to renew :
You can’t order anything after 11 pm in order to receive it the next day
Most of the things are out of stock
They deliver too early and when I pick them up from the box its already late , espesically when picking up cold items like a can or anything similar its already melted / hot
