If you want to lose your money?! Use this app
2 Round trip ticket reserved for Lufthansa Airlines LCMY7X- Lufthansa canceled the flight tickets without any reason, I contacted Gotogate for a refund. During 2 months of attempts via email with auto reply even when calling the phone number kept me on hold for hours and then the agent close line, after several attempts they answered the ticket is non refundable and I had to call Lufthansa myself. I contacted Lufthansa and the refund request was approved and the money was transferred to Gotogate. Tried calling them again to transfer money to me, months of trying and many hours of waiting. Then told me they can't transfer that amount and they will take it as refund application fee. Very bad experience and I don't recommend Gotogate at all.
Worst!
You can’t change anything about your flight on their website so you have to call them international calls! And they don’t answer at all. I’ve waited for an hour and a half on an international call and no answer at all! And one more thing i called the airline to change my ticket they told me there is no ticket so its just a scam!!! If there was a less rating than a star i would have given worse.
