Guidance is an Islamic prayer times application for OS X that plays the Adhan and shows an alert when it's time for prayer. Designed to be simple and elegant, Guidance sits in the menu bar and shows a countdown until the next prayer. Guidance stays out of the way while providing you with easy access to your prayer time information.

Doesn’t Start on Login
I love the app, but I have the same issue reported below, even though I have start at Login checked, it never does on its own, i have to search for it and open it up everytime, why is that? any help? It didn’t do that before i’ve been using it for years
Perfet but missing Notification Center integration
I love the application and it was one of the first I downloaded to my Mac. Sports a very clean interface. Options to choose your own audio for prayer alerts and to pause iTunes on prayer times are great.
I’m giving it four stars because of the lack of integration with OSX’s Notification Center. Sure, it has Growl integration but it’s missing integration with OSX’s native feature. Please consider adding NC compatibility.
It Really Does Help
This application really helps. Especially when the clock turns to red. If you spend most of your time on the computer like me. You'll never forget to pray.
