WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO MEASURE THE HEART RATE:

This is how you get the best possible results:
* Try not to think about anything during the measurement. Do not talk and please keep calm to increase accuracy.
* Direct sunlight or a lamp could distort the readings - just stand in the shade.
* Make sure your fingers are not too cold to avoid restricting blood flow in your finger.
* Place the tip of your index finger gently on the iPhone’s camera. Cover the entire camera. Tap 'start measurement'.
* The camera detects a color change in your finger tip each time your heart beats and the app uses an advanced algorithm to show you your heart rate.
* The app shows you the progress of the measurement and also when it has been completed.
* After a few seconds the measurement is finished.
* You can take further measurements immediately afterwards.
