need an add to favorites button or a wish list and need to be able to zoom in and out of a picture to see the details and the filter on the website is more helpful than the application for instance I can filter lamps by standing lamps or table lamps and so on in the application I can filter only by the price and the color end even the color filter is not accurate at all

One of the worst companies…ordered a bed for my kids a month ago, and you took the whole period mentioned on your app to deliver the product.
On the delivery day you inform me that the delivery date will be Wednesday and the installation shall be on Thursday.

I have been waiting for someone to come to install the bed for my kids and you keep stalling since, then we are sorry we will make it on Friday, and on Friday no-one show up and you said sorry we do not deliver on Friday will be Saturday.
And now you called me saying that I said don’t come.

You did not even bother yourselves calling me at any time, since the call from the one who call to tell me about the delivery and installation…am the one who keep calling you asking for it.

Your application doesn’t have any information or mention in your terms and conditions that you install the products after 48 hours from delivery date.

YOU ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT CONSIDER YOUR CUSTOMERS SITUATION

Every-time I call the only thing you say is (sorry but this is not available) so if there’s no exceptions for your customers why the hell you give yourselves the exceptions to do whatever you like

Can’t think of anything worse than this company. The customer service has no communication whatsoever they’re totally lost & every time you contact them you just hear “sorry” no respect for customers. I purchased an Air conditioning online and did the entire payment and had to wait for almost a month & when I said that I will complaints the supplier contacted me saying that my order is not available after 25 days of waiting then I agreed to change the order & when the supplier from ‘Cairo AC’ promised all will be ok the staff came to install the AC & it’s a disaster, the missed up the house & they’re very roud. I don’t really know how such companies still exist. After I realized my mistake, I checked the reviews on Google & found out that a lot of people complained about their extremely bad service. Tell everyone you know not to deal with this company or app.
