Great hotel
It’s a great place to stay in Liverpool with nice location and fantastic staff.
Worst experience..
It was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in my life booking online on any website or application..
I booked an apartment for 5 days and when I arrived to the place the owner asked for a completely different price than what was mentioned on the app.. and asked me to leave if I don’t pay the price he asked for, and the difference was huge.. and when I said I’ll only pay the price mentioned on the application, he threatened me to call the police..
and when I got in contact with the agents to help me out with the booking.. the agents were very unreliable and did absolutely nothing.. and the chat box with the agent kept freezing
until eventually the agent just told me to leave.. with no other place for me to go.. he didn’t even compensate me with another place to stay, and I had to find another place on my own..
I absolutely do not recommend this app or website..
Price guarantee and credit card fees
Best Price guarantee is not really guaranteed . I have found a better price 2 weeks before check in for a free cancellation booking. The online price match doesn’t work and when I tried contacting customer service it was useless. After 1 hour of international calls I reduced a weird message that a small amount of price match has been refunded!!! No reply to emails. And who booking has been deducted from my credit card in the same day!!!
