Login Frustration (Biometric Login)
The App is very solid and secure. It’s just very frustrating that each time I have to login, i need to get my ID Number, secret question and password. The idea behind mobile login is speed and convenience. Unfortunately the login is the same as Desktop webpage. PLEASE APPLY BIOMETRIC LOGIN.. THE WHOLE WORLD IS USING IT!
Poor app
This app needs lots and lots of enhancements to the features available on the app as well as the design of the app. Compared to other banks apps and other hsbc apps this needs to be worked on to meet customers needs, day to day usage. For example: direct debit, bank transfer to other banks, blocking cards in case lost or stolen, claim disputes requests through the app directly, activating new card, login using face id feature or the fingerprint id. the app looks so dull, needs some colour and major makeover to the greyish black all over the app.
