Bad customer services

I faced a problem after ordering from this APP and i tried to edit the order with no luck. I called the delivery and he changed the status to (delivered) after he knew that i paid with debit card and i did not receive the order actually. Customer services qualifications is very poor.

Not recommended to use this app.
Not recommended to add your debit card.

Worst customer service

I placed an order and when I received it I found out something was missing and when I contacted them they put the money back with an extra 10 sr on my wallet but when I tried to use it the next day I found out that I need to have a card to purchase any thing and use the credit in my wallet, and I don’t have a card yet, so when I contacted them regarding this they didn’t help me, and when I asked them to extend the expiry date on the money so I can use it when I receive my card they refused and even the agent ended the chat while I was still talking.
Also we had another problem a few days back regarding a ruined corona test that purchased and we contacted them several times in the past few days and all they had to say that they raised our complaint and that someone will contact us and no one did, this is the worst app ever.

What a clever developers, recent update on iPhone required ios 13 which is not available on my device..by this update am unable to access to the app & request for food..u kick a thouoof customers out of your app ..really clevers
