The app has strong potential and initially seemed very promising, which is why I decided to upgrade to the premium plan. However, after using it more extensively, I found that it lacks the flexibility I was expecting.One of the main concerns is the category structure. It is not possible to freely create custom categories or adjust subcategories to fit specific business needs. Each category comes with a fixed number of subcategories that cannot be increased, deleted, or rearranged — they can only be renamed. Additionally, the only workaround is to create subcategories within subcategories, which quickly becomes confusing and impractical.For an app in this category, flexibility in organizing content is essential. Users should have full control over creating, editing, and structuring categories and subcategories based on their own requirements, rather than being restricted to a predefined system.I believe the app would significantly improve if it allowed more customization and control over the category structure.
