Impactyn ‪٤+‬

This app markets, something that isn’t real. No one ends up receiving their money. This isn’t an issue just with me a couple of my friends also dealt with this they record a review. They post it get the approval and once they make the bank transfer of their money, it never works. Super disappointed.

I decided to edit my name on this app, whenever i submitted the new name it kept saying “phone number and email must be unique”. When I typed a different email it would update the name normally. I attempted to update my name two times but then I suddenly got banned. When I reached out to them on instagram they claimed I created three different accounts which is why the system suspended my account. I told them a million times that I WAS ONLY UPDATING THE NAME, and they kept saying that they’re “investigating” with their fraud team until they left me on seen. Mind you I had some remaining balance that I cant even access. So my reviews are up and I didn’t even get rewarded for them.
Horrible application and customer service.

The app was working really good honestly but i logged out and i can never log back in since they dont have an option of logging back in with only a phone number. I created my account via apple id, therefore no email or password were created. I tried reaching them in every possible way but they literally never answer!! App is not user friendly, it needs to be improved and support (or any way to reach them for the app) should be available!!!

Update: they blocked my account due to “duplicate content” and then i created a new account and it got blocked after 2 AUTHENTIC videos for 2 different food vendors!!!
This is frustrating and so unfair
