They are a real customer-first company and here’s why.
I booked a PCR test with them through Careem app and the amount got deducted but the app crashed and my booking was nowhere to be found, I tried contacting Careem but I got no response, when I contacted them and told them what happened they gave me the PCR test free of charge so not to miss my travel.
I used the app to track my appointment and status and it has a really nice user experience as well, I totally recommend their services.

They canceled the appointment before it with 12h
They canceled my appointment before my appointment with 12h , and of course I didn't find any other application has an appointment in the same day .
And when I asked why , they said all of their stuff are sick !!! Is this even logic?
I'm sorry but they are the worst I'm traveling and I can't find anyone to come to me now because I trusted them !
I took this appointment 1 week before so I can find it, and then they do this !
A company that can't respect their appointments can't be respected 👎👎👎👎👎
