Big improvement

Its a big improvement in the app and the way you handled criticism a year ago and now its a very well made service and the application is much more polished my only complaint is the biometric login isnt working and its annoying to type password every time it would absolutely be anazing if you fixed it

Multiple issues - Card Quality

I received my card few weeks back, and the moment I got it I noticed that it is very low quality - actually you can see the cooper chip clearly from the other side of the card.
And this is a bit surprising considering that you are charging us EGP50 and Fawry for instance providing very high quality of cards material with absolutely no fee..

The app design is good, however the support section “Chat with us” is a bit confusing because you have to get out and get back in of the chat each time you receive message to view it - the only to notice it is from the pop up notification on the screen not the chat correspondence itself.
