Good app

You can collect points and redeem gifts from several locations

Customer service

Customer service is truly disappointing, I ordered from a restaurant and waited more than an hour for just my order to be accepted & it didn’t I contacted the internal customer support and he told to wait a moment however he ended the chat without giving me a response, Another 20 mins to reach them again with no proper response I canceled the order 2 or more hours later, I got contacted from another support while filing the concern she hung up and didn’t bother calling again. I sent an email and with imaginary promises the issue of ridiculous customer service still remain.

Very difficult app

I think this gift app not F&B app I try to use it but really I can’t make any orders , also I use the menu , talabaat and marsoul , and I can’t use this app - I think they need professional marketer to improve this app and know who is customer and what he need . Of course points or gift is good but when ? I can’t make order from scratch
