Ratings and Reviews
Notifications are not updated
After update, notifications are not loaded and gives error connecting to the system
Not recommended especially for foreigners
I felt so unsafe with their driver on an ongoing 4 hour trip , I have tried to use their chat (support service) it is really useless, they did literally nothing and kept me waiting for almost 1 hour and at the end they said we will get back to you after 48h. Use Uber app or a hotel limousine at least, their support team responds and takes actions more efficiently.
Not recommended for airport pickup
The drive to the airport is not bad. The pickup is a mess, they request flight details but they tell you we dont follow flight status it is the passenger responsibility to notify incase of delays.
Drivers are late and you get out of airport to wait outside in the middle of the parking and all the other free taxi services and airport taxi
Communication in the app is very bad, customer support is disconnected from what is happening on the ground
