HOW TO START A LOOP E-SCOOTER

1- Download the loop app, signup with your phone number, we offer a risk free 10 minutes trial.
2- Find a loop scooter near you on the map
3- Scan the QR code on the scooter to unlock and start a ride
4- Place one foot on the board and give a little push with the other
5- Use the throttle on your right hand to gain speed
6- Enjoy your ride

HOW TO END YOUR LOOP RIDE

1- Find a safe place to park, we highlight some places one the map
2- Lock the cable lock somewhere secure
3- Open the loop app and click End

We put 50 pounds on the app from the visa to play for 15 minutes but the scooter kept going and didn’t stop or tell us that the time ended so when we opened the app to see how much we have left the 50 pounds is still there and the minutes is still 15 so we opened the visa app to see that it took 75 pounds from the visa directly and left the 50 pounds on the app and we can’t use the 50 pounds on the app bec we left the place

Thank you for your feedback. we accept 2 methods of payment ( prepaid and post paid )

Please make sure you have selected the payment method when you start your ride . You can choose between your 50 EGP balance or the saved card.

Regarding the existing 50 EGP in your wallet if you did not use it , you can refund them by contacting our chat anytime and they will help you.

Stupid app didn’t say that it wasn’t available in my area and i put money in the account wallet then talked to customer service and they were lying about refunding the money for me and they didn’t

Sorry to hear about your experience, however you should be able to see the scooters on the map that should tell you if we have service in your area.
