Con process
I made an order and paid for the order online as requested
The order was not delivered however marked as delivered in the application
I made the order at 2:00PM and contacted the customer service chat service in UAE they said the order will be delivered by 8:00PM when passed 8PM I tried to reach them all the numbers in Egypt to check the delay reason specially the order is paid no answer
I reached a number by 10PM they hang up on me when they knew I have an escalation
Please don’t use the application as they don’t have integrity you will lose your money
WOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I made an order and an email was sent to me that the order will be there soon
And after one hour I called all numbers no one answered and finally after 30 min one number that is not even listed in the email answered and said that the order will be delivered tmw not today and when I ask for my money back they say there is no one to do the transaction it will be done tmw only , they have the worst staff ever supppper disrespectful and not helpful by noo means
