Progress lost

After 3 days of playing the game while viewing ads I decided to buy it , after making a great progress in the game I tried to open the game from my other mobile , I found that i started from nearly the beginning and all the progress i made has been lost .

Bad service

Every time i try to open the game he tells me to check my network connection and my network connection is very fast ,the game doesn’t want to open , kindly check this problem
