Completely unprofessional !!
My order was supposed to be here through 12-2 pm as I specified but it didn’t till now (8:18pm) I called the customer service at 3 pm to ask about the delay she said it’ll be there through the next 4 days!! &by chance she also said they removed an item from my order without informing me or altering the receipt on the application or my bank account ! so I’ve no idea where the cash difference went. I’ve been calling for a while now and they keep me waiting for nothing& I did try emailing them twice today and got no reply yet.
Wrong item image on app
Yesterday I ordered from the app 2 shampoos named as Sunsilk Summer Care, an imported one, I thought that they’re brand new versions from sunsilk hair products so I liked to buy them. Today I received my order and I was surprised that I have got different ( local ) version that is found in every store throughout the country. The image of the shampoo on the app is similar to the one I have got today that’s why they brought something like that to me. I assume that the one who manages the app is using any item images to be applied on the actual products without caring about precision that can sometimes mislead the customer and try to buy unwanted products. I sent an email today as I wanted to return back the unwanted items but I doubted that they can ignore my request because I accessed through the items I bought and read underneath that they cannot be returned. Therefore, I'm suffering from this misleading and losing some money on unwanted items. I hope this issue should be taken in consideration.

Be careful Missing items every order (and you will be charged for missing items also)
It’s not a one time mistake,I think delivery people they created a systematic job for stealing items from orders.
Almost 90% of my orders came with missing items which existed in the bill and I have to pay for it.
If I counted the items before I give the money to the delivery guy and I found that there is a missing item and confronts the guy with this missing item then he said sorry sir The missing items is still in my car I will bring now
But if I didn’t count my items and I give the money to driver and I found after he left there is missing items then when I call he will not answer and when call customer care in carefor they give no help at all.
Very disappointed with this service and never order online from thim again.
