The application is meant to operate on digital, contactless for services. However, once you book for pick up (in details of address and timing) they keep calling to confirm and calls to pay even if you decided to pay via application and calling to confirm the payment!!! It’s OVER communicating.
They need to introduce packages and tailor pricing to customers needs. That’s a basic marketing tool and to keep customer’s loyalty. They need to reduce the amount of plastic used in packing. It’s makes non sense and be thrown away after all.

Thank you so much everyone who works with the app 🙏🏻. Everyone was so nice, answered all my questions and was so polite. Thankfully no issue with over-communication and the exchanges were smooth sailing.

My only hope is for a description of how things go and the paying options somewhere. Other than that, great app!

Placed a pickup and they never arrived without even sending a message or web app notification that they are not going to show up, even when tried to add address and been asked to share the location which I did few days ago, still the address not activated and bending for verification!!! For sure I won’t even try such lousy service!!
The most funny thing that I tried to contact their customer service thru the app and once you locked the button the message appeared” ready to recieve a call “ and surely I said yes like 3 times and never get a singe call back!!!
