It’s never going past the sign up/in page no matter which method I use to sign up or sign in with even when clicking the button sent in the automated email post signing up to verify the email address.

Good content, poor application support
The content i receive from medium is good and matches what I like to read. Although some of the articles are available elsewhere for free, the membership fee is worth it for the aggregation in one app.
On the other side, I find the app support poor or non-existent when I had a subscription problem on my first month and kept sending support requests in vain for three consecutive days. I had zero contact from support, not even a ticket number or any kind of sign that they received the complaint.

The app overall performance and design is just great, but I wish the "For you" section to be more like timeline instead of a list of articles.
